Sessions are one hour each and in each session you will receive individualized attention, instruction based on where you’re at in your yoga journey. The cost is $100 per lesson for nonmembers or $285 for a 3 session pack. Members receive a 20% discount, making a single session $80 and a 3 session pack $225. We have three instructors providing private lessons.
Teresa Adams has over 13 years of experience as a yoga instructor and loves helping students on a one-to-one level. Teresa provides a safe and comfortable environment to facilitate learning, growing, and healing through your own personal yoga practice. You will feel supported and you’ll be able to relax knowing that this space created for you is a non-judgmental and healing zone. Teresa will help you come up with your own personal yoga practice and you will walk away with the tools to feel comfortable in or out of the studio. No matter what your goals may be; fitness, healing, relaxation, or deepening your understanding of yoga, Teresa will be there to guide you and offer the support you need. Each week you will walk away with your own personal poses printed for you along with an individualized plan tailored to your needs. She received her 200 yoga and meditation certificate in Rishikesh, India, and has also completed a 60-hour kids yoga certification, 20-hour trauma informed certification and is currently working on adding another 300 hours to her teaching certification, making her a 500-hour certified instructor. Teresa teaches Mind over Mat(ter), (Over) Flow, Candlelight Flow and Dance Flow on our regular schedule!
Jenna has a passion and purpose to help others find freedom in their bodies and bring awareness to the value and worth that has always existed within you. Teaching the power of self-love and healing through the practice of yoga, Jenna will encourage your unique light to shine bright! Jenna is an RYT-200 hour yoga teacher with additional 26&2 Hot Yoga training, an ACE certified personal trainer, a Human Movement specialist. She is continually learning in her yoga practice to dive deeper as an instructor and yogi! Jenna teaches 26&2, Yoga for All, Root and Bloom, and Express Flow on our regular schedule!
Nicole is a MAL, RYT 200, 300hr Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner, Reiki Master, Reflexologist, Joint Yoga Method practitioner, Certified in Thailand by Omsala for Chi Nei Tsang and Karsai Nei Tsang, Yoga Teacher Training and Buti Asana Yoga. Nicole loves to help her students move past restriction, pain and tension in their bodies through the use of traditional Thai Yoga Bodywork. She has a true passion for helping to rebalance the mind, body and spirit through the physical facilitation of the body. Nicole draws on her inspiration from her training in various healing modalities. She has also spent 20+ years working in the fields of homelessness, mental health, employment and high education for veterans and the general public. Nicole teaches Thai It On on our regular schedule!
