Bridget O’Connell
As an avid exercise enthusiast, Bridget always understood the need for stretching and taking care of your physical body. After attending her first yoga class in 2002, she was hooked on the practice of yoga and the exercise and mental health benefits obtained by this series of movements and breathing. Bridget started teaching at a Fitness Center and shortly realized she wanted to obtain her Registered Yoga Teacher training certificate so she could ensure that what she was teaching was safe and effective for all patrons of her instruction. Bridget cannot deny her medical background and always incorporates anatomy and physiology into her instruction as she feels when people learn WHERE on the body the pose is targeted towards, the pose/movement often makes more sense. Bridget’s style of yoga is best described as Vinyasa but trickles in strength building and fitness elements to make sure you get the work out you came for. However, being a mother of three children and a medical professional she knows your time is valuable. Bridget encourages you to make each class YOUR own and what YOU need each time. Modifications are always given and encouraged. If you want to leave class feeling energized and stronger, she’s here for you. If you need the class to be a bit more restorative and/or “yin” you are encouraged to modify and adapt the routine to fit your needs for EVERY class.

Lindsay Kuhl
Balance. Strength. Flexibility. I love how incorporating these core yoga elements can quickly enhance your overall mind-body wellness with lasting results. I recently moved to the area after living abroad for many years. I’ve been an educator for over 20 years in Thailand, South Korea, Singapore… and happily, back in Wisconsin! I started my yoga journey when I lived in northern Thailand seventeen years ago, and my journey has evolved as I had children, moved and traveled throughout the world and embraced a wellness lifestyle that is all about moderation, strength and flexibility. If you’re a busy parent like me then you know how tough and rewarding this journey can be… which is why I’d love to see you in my class! Whether you’re just starting out in yoga or have been practicing for years, my approach is to ensure that you have a gentle yet experienced guide in the artful and practical practice of yoga. Sessions with me will infuse Ashtanga, Hatha, Power Yoga and my favorite style of cYoga, a type of Hatha flow, which works toward a thematic peak pose. Essentially, I’ll ensure that you grow and learn with each class you take with me! After each class, my goal is that you leave feeling balanced, strong and mindful… not just in yoga but in life! Join me today!

Intuitive fitness and eating are strong focuses of Savannah, and she brings those concepts into her personal and professional practices. Savannah has coached Division 1 volleyball, trained for numerous half marathons throughout her fitness career, and practices yoga and yoga sculpt. She transitioned to the practice of yoga and yoga sculpt to find personal growth both mentally and physically. She now brings her knowledge and experience to the mat through yoga sculpt training in the hopes to empower people to find their personal fitness inspiration. Instructor/Class goals: “I truly desire that every one of my students will find his or her freedom – to be themselves, to love themselves, and to accept themselves as they are. We are powerful people, and we forget that we are enough just as we are. I want my students to know that change is okay, but only when we truly want it, not when we think we must change. Fitness is as unique as each person is, and I hope that I can provide the tools and support for my students to live their lives intuitively. There is a fantastic freedom and lightness that comes with the acceptance of ourselves, and everyone deserves to experience that freedom.”

Giving yourself permission to keep prioritizing self care over and over. Crystal helps you find the joy and acceptance in the journey, versus searching for a destination to find happiness. You will be encouraged to push your limits, which may be a physically challenging practice or giving yourself the gift to modify and rest even when a busy mind might be telling you, you can do more; its the Gemini in her. By simply walking into her class you have done all the work you need to do, Crystal will take the reins from there for a passionately ignited yoga practice rooted in finding the joy of living by simply showing up as you.
