Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt combines the benefits of traditional yoga and breathwork with the benefits of strength training to improve your endurance and mobility! You determine your level of weights and cardio impact you take in this class; options for all levels are available! Tone muscles while you relax your mind and regulate your nervous system. Bring awareness to your body, strengthen your bones and joints, and improve your lung function, all in one upbeat and inspiring class!
Yoga Sculpt [Fusion]
This class is a low-impact, upbeat blend of yoga, sculpt, pilates, and barre movements! It uses body weight strengthening moves, hand weights, exercise bands, and other props to give a full body sculpting experience! We find strength and balance in poses through the breath! All levels welcome and expect a great all-around stretch, strength, and sweat.
Yoga Sculpt [CORE Fusion]
Tired of the same traditional core exercises? Core sculpt begins with a yoga warm-up, transitioning to a unique mashup of sculpt, pilates, barre and yoga movements. Focusing on strengthening and stabilizing your core, Improving posture, and building stamina. Smile, you have the ability to accomplish hard things! Ending with yoga cool down. Leave knowing you CAN do anything!
Vinyasa Flow
This vinyasa flow class incorporates breath, balance, strength and flow to get you feeling invigorated and focused! Vinyasa “Vin-yaah-sa” is a style of yoga with an emphasis on linking movement with breathing. This 45 minute class is taught in an infrared heated room. We will give you props and modifications to make it accessible for both beginner and advanced students. Vinyasa Flow [Express 45] is just a shorter class at 45 instead of 60 minutes.
Restore & Roll
This is a great restorative class! Using props (rollers, myofacial balls, and more) and the infrared heat to bring in space and relaxation of mind and body slower moving class for all levels. If you are looking to find some release, this is a great class for you! We have variations of this class as well, with Restore & Roll [ w/ sound healing].
Yoga Recharge
Recharge yourself by connecting with your own inner power source. Hatha yoga focuses on breath, controlled movement, and stretching. A gentle paced practice allows for depth in your postures, concentration of the mind, and a resulting evenness in the body. Don’t be fooled by the word “gentle” you will feel the effects of this practice and build your own heat. Suitable for all-levels yoga. (Beginner to Advanced Yogis)
26+2 Yoga
26+2 Yoga is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. This ancient and holistic form of hatha yoga was developed to maintain health and youth through stimulating the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Postures are organized specifically to create balance within the body and increase the flow of energy. These postures work on concentration, patience, determination, and self-control, all of which lead to mental clarity. An increased ability to handle stress has profound healing effects on both the mind and body and is what makes this practice so unique. This is a 60-minute class practiced in a room heated to ~90° F with 40% humidity. Please take water and rest breaks anytime! Once you try this class, you know why people LOVE IT; the mental and physical benefits are endless.
Yoga for All [Basics & Foundations]
Think of this as the confetti class of yoga, incorporating a little of everything. Some stretching and strengthening, some flowing and holding, syncing breath with movement, topping it off with a relaxing savasana! You will be guided through this all levels yoga class, great for both beginners, helping you understand pose alignment and activations, and for seasoned yogis, bringing you back to the basics.
Yin Yoga [w/ aromatherapy & guided meditation]
This yin yoga class brings focus on the release of mind-body tension that we store in our fascial and connective tissues, bringing the nervous system into a state of rest and healing. Yin postures are held anywhere from one minute to several minutes, with the use of props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets etc. to assist in supported posture holds so the body can relax and release any buildup of tension, clearing the mind and resetting the nervous system. An all levels class, taking you through a restorative and relaxing sensory experience, that provides space for grounding techniques, intentional breath and the offerings for aromatherapy and hands on offerings.
Yin Yoga [w/ Nidra Meditation]
A class where the focus is on the release of mind-body tension that we store in our fascial and connective tissues, bringing the nervous system into a state of rest and healing. Yin postures are held anywhere from one minute to several minutes, with the use of props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets, etc. to assist in supported posture holds so the body can relax and release any buildup of tension, clearing the mind and resetting the nervous system. The final ~20 minutes of class will be a guided yoga nidra meditation. This form of Yogic Sleep is one of the most powerful tools that can be used to provide a person with a deep sense of calmness, peace, and relaxation. The transcending experience that is Yoga Nidra guides you into a very deep state of relaxation where we can get out of our own way and allow healing to take place. (All Levels)
Yoga Sculpt [Iron Flow]
Come and experience Iron Yoga Plant Flow! You will use weights during this fun, funky, music-bumpin’ yoga flow class! One breath, One movement rhythmic style of yoga to increase mobility & strength to a great beat! You will feel energized and yet have a sense of calm after releasing stress and toxins through mind, body, and breath work with the wonderful anti-inflammatory benefits of infrared heat.
cYoga [Hatha Power Infused]
Come as you are and leave as you want to be. Join us for a breath and alignment-based practice offering guided poses with modifications for both beginners and seasoned yogis alike. A well-rounded practice that begins with slowly opening the body and calming the mind and progressing to a series of grounding, balancing, and gentle strengthening postures. Your practice ends in a blissful Savasana for deep relaxation. This class will infuse Ashtanga, Hatha, and Power Yoga, using cYoga, a type of Hatha flow which works toward a thematic peak pose. Essentially, I’ll ensure that you grow and learn with each class you take!
Vinyasa Flow [Candlelight]
All levels and all the goodness! Allow the process of awareness and release to occur as you enjoy the time, the movement, and the breath, immersed in the illuminating candlelight and soothing music. With a focus on connecting to your breath, you’ll make your way through a flow to unwind. This Vinyasa flow with gentle infrared heat (~80 degrees) induces further detoxifying and anti-inflammatory benefits that you are going to want to experience for yourself to know just how wonderful it is!
Restore & Roll [Thai It on]
In this slow down feel your body class, Nicole will guide you through gentle yoga postures and poses while using props to help release areas of tension in your body. This class focuses on slowing down, breathing, rolling, and stretching to help you re-center your mind and body.
Yoga Sculpt [Strength and Stretch]
In this class, you’ll focus on strengthening a targeted area of the body using body weight and weighted exercises, with the final 15 minutes of class for deep stretching and rolling out of the targeted area in the ways that leave you feeling both release and space!
Vinyasa Flow [Lunar]
This all levels, room temp, vinyasa flow class is themed around the cycles of the moon. It focuses on connecting to the moon’s energy and harnessing its power to enhance one’s yoga practice. The principles of Lunar Yoga are centered around the idea of surrendering to the natural rhythms of the moon and allowing its energy to guide your practice. This style of yoga is known for its calming and introspective nature, emphasizes slowing down, tuning into your breath, and practicing mindfulness. Every week of a new moon will be New Moon Yin and Yoga Nidra a perfect time to let go and set new intentions.
